Congregational Support and Outreach: Chairs, Ed Craig and Rosalie Valenti
Objective: to bring congregations together for fellowship and recognition, to support congregations in their work, to provide opportunities to do things together that could not be done alone, to encourage and provide resources for outreach efforts of member churches, as well as support larger community-wide efforts when deemed appropriate.
Ecumenical and Interfaith Witness: Chairs, Matthew Roche and Elizabeth Plancon
Objective: to strengthen the faith relationships among churches of differing denominations through worship, study and fellowship and to reach out to other religious communities to promote understanding, mutual respect and forbearance.
Education and Pastoral Care: Chairs, Richard Michael and Cathy Stilwell
Objective: to provide education support, resource information, training and workshops in Christian Education. To promote clergy ecumenical support systems and strengthen the work of pastoral care in our churches and institutions which serve the public.
Social Witness: Chairs, Andy Peck-McClain and Maggie Howard
Objective: to give specific witness to the love and justice of Christ by advocating especially for the poor and those who are victims of injustice, discrimination and oppression of every kind.
